Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

✅ Provide clear photos or videos as proof

We will offer:

✅ A full refund (including shipping)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

✅ Contact your payment provider (it may take additional processing time)

✅ If the issue persists, contact us at our support email

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

Return Shipping

✅ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

✅ We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
